Track your order simply

As soon as your Infinite Korea order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Colissimo tracking number, when available.

You can use this number to track the delivery of your package until it arrives.

Haven't received your tracking link?

First, check your junk or spam folder.

If you still can't find your shipping email, contact us with the following information:

• your first and last name;
• your order number;
• the email address used for your purchase.

Our team will be able to check the status of your shipment.

Shipping times

Orders are shipped within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipments are made with Colissimo.

Does your package seem delayed?

Delivery times may exceptionally be extended by the carrier. If your package tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us so we can assist you.
